Secondly, they must pass the iNamics Web Developer Certification which integrates 100% W3C Compliant Valid xHTML 1.0 and Cascading Style Sheets.

Finally, they must master the art of Table-less Design, and Source Optimization with the iNamics Advanced Webmaster Certification.

After they pass all 3 certifications, they must demonstrate what they have learned by successfully achieving targeted rankings on a Google, Yahoo, and MSN for one of our test accounts.
